Terms & Session Policies

Plain-language terms for working with Megan Long at Grounded Wings. Booking a session or using this site means you agree to them. Last updated October 15, 2026.

What sessions are, and aren't

Intuitive readings, mediumship, cord-cutting, energy healing and expanded-consciousness sessions are offered for personal insight, reflection and wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please keep working with your doctor, therapist or other professionals for any health, legal or financial matter. Nothing in a session predicts a fixed outcome; what you do with what you hear is always your choice.

Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book a session.

Booking and payment

Request a time through the contact page. Megan confirms within one business day with your time, shown in your own time zone, and the video or phone link.
Prices: free 15-minute clarity call; 45-minute reading $190; 90-minute full session $240. Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price shown when you book is the price you pay.
Payment is due once your time is confirmed, by card, Zelle or Venmo. A session is held once payment is received.

Rescheduling, cancellations and no-shows

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.
Inside 24 hours, the session is charged in full, and Megan will do her best to offer one reschedule as a courtesy.
If you don't join within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is treated as a no-show and charged in full.
If Megan has to cancel, you'll get a full refund or a new time, your choice.

Refunds

Because a session is Megan's time, there are no refunds once a session has taken place. If something went wrong on our side (a technical failure, for example), tell us within seven days and we'll make it right.

Confidentiality and recording

What you share is confidential. Sessions are not recorded by Megan unless you ask for a recording in advance and both of you agree. Please don't record a session without asking.

Expo readings

Readings at SoulSearch Enlightenment Expos are booked at Megan's table on the day. Expo admission, dates and venues are set by SoulSearch, not by Grounded Wings.
